2. What we sell
Margo is a web application that generates drawing borders and title blocks and exports them as DXF, PDF and SVG. It runs entirely in your browser at https://appmargo.pages.dev.
- Margo Free is free and needs no account.
- Margo Pro is a one-off licence that unlocks the features on the product page (logo, styles and colours, custom font, QR code, fields editable in CAD, template pack, preset files). Pro is activated with a licence key sent by email after payment.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page when you order, including VAT where it applies. You pay at checkout with the methods offered by the Shopify platform. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed and payment is authorised.
4. Delivery
The licence key is sent to the email address in the order, normally within minutes of payment. Nothing is shipped. If the key has not arrived within 24 hours, write to margoapp026@gmail.com.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Margo Pro is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Before checkout we ask for your express consent to receive the key immediately and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Your consent is recorded on the order. Your statutory rights for non-conforming content remain (section 8 and Withdrawal and refunds).
6. Licence
Buying Margo Pro gives you a licence that is personal (one individual, on all of that person's computers and browsers), perpetual for the version and Pro features available at the date of purchase and for the updates we publish while we offer Margo, and non-exclusive and non-transferable.
The files you create with Margo (DXF, PDF, SVG, templates) are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use. You may not share, resell or publish the licence key, circumvent the licence check or distribute the application as your own. A team needs one licence per person. We may disable, in later versions of the app, a key that was refunded, charged back or published.
Fonts you load into Margo remain yours: you make sure your font licence allows using and embedding them in documents. Margo refuses fonts that forbid embedding.
7. What Margo does and does not do
Margo applies values taken from technical standards (ISO 5457, ISO 7200, ASME Y14.1 and national editions). Each value shows its source and basis on the app's "About the values" page. Margo is not a certified compliance tool. You are responsible for checking drawings against the edition of the standard and the professional or legal requirements that apply to you, including signatures and stamps.
8. Conformity
Consumers have the statutory guarantees for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770). If Margo Pro does not work as described, contact us: we fix it within a reasonable time or refund you.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using generated files without the checks in section 7. Nothing here limits consumers' mandatory rights or liability for intent or gross negligence.
10. Privacy
The Margo app sends no data: drawings, logos, fonts and the licence key stay in your browser. Order data is processed as described in the shop's Privacy policy.
11. Governing law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer's country of residence. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
